Graduate: Auburn University, MEd with minor in Sports Management, 2009
Christina is a board-certified athletic trainer working with Michael T. Busch, MD. She received her Bachelors of Science in Exercise Science and Sports Medicine, concentrating in Athletic Training, from the University of Georgia in 2007. During her time at UGA, she worked with the UGA Equestrian team, Softball team, and spent her entire senior year with the UGA Gymnastics team.
She went on to complete her Masters in Education, with a minor in Sports Management, at Auburn University in 2009. During her two years at Auburn University, Christina worked as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer solely with the Tiger's Indoor Volleyball team.
Shortly after graduating from Auburn, she joined the Sports Medicine staff of Stetson University from 2009-2014. Here she enjoyed working with the Hatters Womens Basketball team, Indoor Volleyball team, Men's and Women's Crew, Cheerleading, and oversaw an Intern Athletic Trainer with the Sand Volleyball team.
Christina is nationally certified through the National Athletic Trainer’s Association Board of Certification, Inc. (NATA BOC) and is licensed by the state of Georgia as a certified athletic trainer since 2007.
