What Is the Children’s College Volunteer Program?

The Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta College Volunteer Program is for currently enrolled college students who are interested in supporting patients, families, and staff across our three hospital campuses. Through this program, volunteers have the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by assisting children and their families while gaining valuable firsthand experience in a healthcare setting.

The 12-week program is traditionally offered during the fall and spring semesters. It is not offered during the summer. Students must be able to commit to a weekly, three-hour shift throughout the program. Up to three excused absences are permitted.

  • Be at least 18 years old, have completed high school, and be enrolled in college.
