Our Unique Approach

Running is a repetitive sport. With each heel strike, the average runner impacts the ground with about three times their body weight. The growing bones and developing bodies of children and teens cannot handle the stress that adult bodies can. This makes them more likely than adults to have certain running injuries.

Children’s Sports Medicine Running Program can help runners who are injured, have pain or want to prevent injury. Our pediatric-trained team has experience in assessing running mechanics and can help enhance performance.
