Cynthia Manos, MD, joined Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University as Assistant Professor of Rheumatology in July of 2017. She earned a medical degree at the State University of New York Upstate Medical University. Dr. Manos completed a residency in pediatrics at Yale-New Haven Hospital, followed by a three-year fellowship in pediatric rheumatology at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia.
Dr. Manos is interested in the diagnosis and treatment of pediatric autoimmune and autoinflammatory diseases. She has a special interest in juvenile idiopathic arthritis and is completing a master’s in clinical epidemiology with her thesis project in psoriatic arthritis. She is excited to join Children’s and continue to provide care to all children with rheumatologic diseases.
Dr. Manos enjoys being active, spending time outdoors and traveling to new places. Originally from New York, she is excited to make her new home in Atlanta and at Children’s.
