Corporate Giving
A national leader in pediatric care, Children’s cares for more of Georgia’s kids than anyone else, with more than 1 million patient visits annually. Our physicians and researchers are at the forefront of developing new treatments and cures, with more than 2,200 patients this year participating in clinical research.
Here, kids are at the heart of all we do. And families know they can count on us when they need us most. In addition to advanced care and lifesaving research, we offer specialty programs and support services that wouldn’t be possible without the support of our community donors.
Our Inspiration Begins Here
Corporate and workplace giving play a vital role in advancing our Mission and strengthening the care we provide to Georgia’s kids. By building a relationship with Children’s, your purpose-driven organization has an opportunity to positively impact not only the health of Georgia’s children, but the prosperity of the place you call home for generations to come.
Join us and discover the many benefits of helping advance a cause you can believe in.

Whether you hope to inspire your employees, find a charitable ally or demonstrate your organization's commitment to an important cause, Children's offers a variety of different ways to fulfill your company’s goals for philanthropic giving.
We’ll work with you to tailor your giving plan to support our Mission and advance your own. For more information, contact Allan Bishop, Director, Corporate Partners at 404-785-9698.
Get your company out in the community by sponsoring our year-round fundraising events. These events are a great opportunity to show your support for our Mission, engage employees, network with others in the community, promote your brand’s values and vision—and have a little fun.
- Many events benefit specific Children’s programs or initiatives, such as pediatric cancer or autism spectrum disorder. Choose one or more events to sponsor based on the cause you’d like to support.
- Select an event based on your team’s interests or an activity they’d most enjoy, such as a 5K run/walk, a gala or baseball game. Form a corporate team to fundraise and participate as a group.
- Allow us to customize your organization’s involvement based on your desired level of support or engagement.

Prioritizing volunteerism and social responsibility has been shown to have a positive impact on employees, improving their morale and increasing job satisfaction. As a Children’s supporter, you’ll have a variety of meaningful engagement opportunities for your employees to choose from.
- In-hospital opportunities: Your team can host patient parties in our activity spaces or serve a complimentary meal to our patients and their families.
- At the office: Employees can gather on-site to assemble patient kits or make no-sew blankets to be delivered to our hospitals.
- In the community: Your team can volunteer at one of our many fundraising events throughout the year, or get creative and plan an event of their own.

Workplace giving programs offer a simple and convenient way for employers and employees to unite in support of Children’s. Common types of company-sponsored initiatives include payroll deductions, corporate matching gifts, team fundraisers, events and volunteer opportunities.
We’ll work with you to find opportunities that are meaningful to you and your team, that align with your company’s mission and make a lasting difference by helping us advance the care we provide to kids across Georgia and beyond.
Children’s makes it easy for companies to partner with us and participate in workplace giving, no matter what type of giving method employees choose. For more information, contact Terri Barnard at 404-785-7331.
Employees can have a charitable contribution deducted from their paycheck, so gifts are sent to Children’s automatically.
Contact your company’s Human Resources department and let them know that you’d like to donate a portion of your paycheck to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta OR utilize a third-party platform (e.g., YourCause, Benevity, Cybergrants) for convenient giving. If you’re a government employee, check out these federal and state giving programs that allow you to support Children’s:
- Combined Federal Campaign: The official workplace giving campaign for federal employees and retirees. The Children's CFC ID is: #81985.
- Georgia State Charitable Contributions Program (GASCCP): The GASCCP provides Georgia state and university system employees the opportunity to support charities through payroll deduction. The Children's Charity Code is: IN000300.
By hosting or sponsoring an event or fundraiser, companies can get employees, customers and clients engaged and inspire them to support an important cause.
Host a dress-down day, a bake sale, or a patient kit party—anything creative and fun—to raise money and get others hyped up about supporting a cause. A Children’s representative will be happy to discuss the many ways your team can support our Mission.
One of the most impactful types of workplace giving, corporate matching allows companies to help even more of Georgia's kids. A company can match all employee gifts to Children’s, so contributions are doubled. They may also match gifts from employee spouses and retirees.
See if your employer participates and learn how to make the most of your gift:
- Search to find out if your company has a gift-matching program, and get more information on your company’s unique gift-matching guidelines.
- Make a donation to Children’s.
- Submit your donation for gift matching through your company’s gift-matching form.
