Date: August 28, 2025

ATLANTA (Aug. 28, 2025) – Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Peach Bowl, Inc. are kicking off the ninth annual Peach Bowl Touchdowns for Children’s (T4C) fundraising campaign. Proceeds raised during the campaign will benefit the Peach Bowl LegACy Fund, which is currently funding 18 clinical trials and studies to help find potential cures and treatment options for childhood cancers. The Peach Bowl LegACy Fund benefits the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, one of the largest pediatric cancer centers in the country.

The season-long campaign provides football fans and alumni the opportunity to donate to Children’s every time their favorite college football team scores a touchdown during the regular season. Heading into its ninth season, T4C has raised more than $4.7 million for the patients at Children’s, including $2.3 million in direct donations from Peach Bowl, Inc. This year, the goal is to raise $450,000, and Peach Bowl, Inc. will once again generously match all pledges per touchdown and donations.

“As one of the largest pediatric cancer centers in the country, we diagnosed and treated 504 new cancer patients in 2024. That’s more than one child a day whose parents hear the words, ‘your child has cancer,’" said Dave Winokur, Development Officer at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. “Atlanta’s dedicated college football fans, supporters of Children’s and the Peach Bowl are funding game-changing research to help patients, families and doctors score big in the fight against childhood cancer.”

There are multiple ways to get involved, including setting up a pledge-per-touchdown amount or making a one-time donation. Participants can also create a team fundraising page that allows their supporters to contribute directly, or a group fundraising page to join forces with others. Also returning this year is the Champions for Children’s program, which offers top supporters the opportunity to secure VIP tickets to the Aflac Kickoff Games, as well as corporate recognition and other exclusive benefits.

“We are honored each season to team up with Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta for this worthy cause. Every pledge and touchdown this season will make a difference,” said Gary Stokan, CEO and president of Peach Bowl, Inc. “For the last eight seasons, college football hasn’t just been about winning games. It’s been about raising money to fund innovative pediatric cancer research and helping us find new ways to eradicate childhood cancer. That’s a win for everyone."

The individual or organization that raises the most money, along with the college team whose fans raise the most, will be recognized with the 2025 Anna Charles Hollis T4C Trophy at the end of the regular season. The trophy is named in memory of Anna Charles “AC” Hollis, a former Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center patient who passed away from acute myeloid leukemia in September 2018. Anna Charles is the daughter of Peach Bowl, Inc. VP of Sales, Benji Hollis.
