Register to attend the Marcus Summer Symposium on Monday - Wednesday, July 25-27, 2022. and/or the Ethics Course on Wednesday July 27, 2022 and ADOS Training on July 28-29, 2022.
The symposium is geared towards clinicians and researchers that work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families or are interested in understanding more about this population. Talks cover a range of topics, including:
- Recent research on visual engagement, brain imaging, and genetics
- Guidelines and strategies for assessing and diagnosing autism spectrum disorder across the age-range, including in very young children
- Current best-practices in the treatment of common concerns such as communication delays, social deficits, aggression, noncompliance, and feeding difficulties.
- Insight into the perspectives of services from of an individual with autism spectrum disorder and his parent
