If you are having technical problems, you may be using an internet browser with is not yet fully compatible with our system. (Note: Internet Explorer 9 is not compatible with our system.)

If you encounter an error message or an issue, try the following:

  • Make sure your computer meets the technical requirements for the application system.
  • JavaScript is enabled.
  • Your screen size must be 1024X768 pixels.

The following toolbars/third-party software may be interfering with the application: Smiley Central, Yahoo Toolbar, Google Toolbar, Webshots, Alexa Toolbar, Websearch Toolbar, Mysearch. If you have one of these toolbars disable them.

Other application questions?

 

1. I’m getting a conversion error, what do I do?
This means you are using Internet Explorer 9, please refer to the table above for supported browsers and operating systems.

2. I have withdrawn my application, but now want to apply to the same position. The system will not allow me to.
Once you withdraw your application, you can’t reapply to the same position.

3. I have forgotten my password, what do I do?
After you get to the sign-in page, click the link – “Forgot Your Password?”. Follow the instructions to retrieve your password.

4. I have forgotten my user name, what do I do?
After you get to the sign-in page, click the link – “Forgot Your User Name?”. Follow the instructions to retrieve your user name. You will receive a page that asks you to verify your email address – ENTER THE EMAIL ADDRESS USED WHEN CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT, and then follow the instructions to retrieve your user name and create a new password.

5. I need to change my email address, what do I do?
Log into your job account to update your email address.

6. How do I get an update on the status of my application?
Sign in to your job account, go to “My Jobpage” tab to get updates on the status of your application. As you application progresses through the process your Application Status will update.

7. I see the status of my application, but would like more information. How can I get more information about the status?
Click on the Application Status and this will provide you with more details.

8. What if I do not have an email address?
Open up another browser and go to yahoo.com, hotmail.com or google.com to set up a free email account.

9. I do not see a position that I am interested in, but would like to submit my resume to you. What should I do?
In the job search page, click on link for “Create/Access my Profile” on the right side of the page. This will allow you the option to complete an application for the job category that best matches your experience.

10. I cannot upload my resume; can I submit a paper resume?
All resumes need to be attached to your online application. If you are unable to upload your resume, you will need to copy and paste it into the application.

11. I started an application, but had to leave my computer and the application closed, what do I do?
You will need to log into your application account and go to My Jobpage and look for your draft application. If the position is still posted, you can click on “Finish/Edit my application”. If this option is not available the position is no longer posted and accepting applications.

12. I started an application, but wasn’t able to finish, so I closed out of the application, what do I do?
Log in to your application account and go to My Jobpage and look for your draft application. If the position is still posted, you can click on "Finish/Edit my application." If this option is not available the position is no longer posted and accepting applications.

13. When I enter a pay rate, why does it say there is a problem?
Remove the "$." The system doesn’t recognize this as a valid symbol.

14. I am finished with the application, why can’t I find the submit button?
This means the job is no longer posted or accepting applications.

15. If I want to apply for more than one job do I have to fill out a new application every time?
Yes, but the information you entered previously is saved, you will need to verify the accuracy of the data.

Assessment issues and questions:

 

1. When I click the link for the assessment, nothing happens and I’ve already disabled my pop-up blockers.
You also need to disable/remove any toolbars (google, bing, etc). Refer to the chart above to ensure your system meets the requirements.

2. I’m trying to complete the assessment, but when I click on the link nothing opens.
This means you may have a pop-up blocker enabled. If you are unsure on how to disable your pop-up blockers, use a search engine to search for disabling pop-ups.

3. I’ve disable my pop-up blockers, but I keep getting an error that my pop-up blocker is enabled.
Some people have more than one pop-up blocker or have a toolbar installed; to disable your pop-up blockers, use google to search for disabling pop-ups. If you have a toolbar installed, remove all toolbars (google, bing, etc.). Refer to the chart above to ensure your system meets the requirements.

4. I started the assessment questionnaire, but was not able to finish, what do I do?
Log into your application account and go to My Jobpage and look for your draft application. If the position is still posted, you can click on "Finish/Edit my application." Navigate to the assessment page and click on the link. If the option to Finish/Edit is not available the position is no longer posted and accepting applications.

5. I’ve completed the assessment questionnaire, why does it still say "Immediate Action Needed – Complete Assessment questionnaire" as my status?
The recruitment team has not updated your application status. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for your status to be updated.

6. I need to go back and finish my assessment questionnaire but it will not allow me?
This means the job is no longer posted or accepting applications or you’ve already completed the assessment questionnaire on another application. If you’ve already completed the assessment questionnaire, your results will carry over once you click the assessment questionnaire link.

7. Do I have to complete an assessment questionnaire for every job?
There are different assessment questionnaires based on job type, to be sure you have completed the correct assessment questionnaire you must always click on the assessment questionnaire link. The system will recognize if you have already completed the assessment questionnaire for that job type.
