About Our Pediatric Neurology Residency Program
Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Emory University School of Medicine offer a five-year Pediatric Neurology Residency Program. We also offer reserved three-year positions to residents who have completed at least two years of general pediatric training in an Accreditation Council for Graduate Medical Education (ACGME)-approved program.
Our program is accredited by the ACGME, and academic courses and clinical neurology rotations are led by recognized specialists in the field. We also offer the benefit of a large patient population and respected academic and research partners, including Emory University and Georgia Institute of Technology.
We offer two training tracks for potential residents. The categorical track is five years of continuous training (two years of general pediatrics and three years of child neurology).
The reserved track is three years of child neurology training. Residents having completed at least two years of general pediatrics training in an ACGME-accredited program are eligible to apply.
