Children’s is dedicated to making the kids of Forsyth better today and healthier tomorrow by offering outpatient services, including urgent care, audiology, endocrinology, general surgery, neurology, orthopaedics, orthotics and prosthetics, and sports medicine physical therapy.
When your child has a minor injury or illness and your family's pediatrician is not available, Children’s Urgent Care is here for you especially on evenings, weekends and holidays.
In order to help you and your family spend less time in the waiting room, we now let you save your spot online at all of our Urgent Care Centers. This allows you to select a time that you would like to come to the center, enabling you to get in line for check-in before you leave the house.
Community specialists also see patients in the Urgent Care Center at this location on select days and times.
At Children’s Physician Group, our specialists know how diabetes can affect kids’ bodies. They also know how to put kids and families at ease—and how to encourage preventive care and self-management to prevent complications.
The Children's Physician Group endocrinology team provides clinical, diagnostic and lab services for the evaluation and treatment of diabetes and other endocrine disorders.
The Children's Physician Group general surgery team offers comprehensive, advanced surgical care to infants (including newborns), children and teens with a wide variety of illnesses, conditions and injuries.
Clinic visits are by appointment only.
