Children’s Application Access Outside of the Children’s Network

Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta employees and physicians can securely access many resources and applications outside of the Children’s network by installing Microsoft Authenticator. Employees and physicians must verify their identities using Microsoft Authenticator’s two-step login to connect to VPN and applications like Outlook, Workday, Epic EPCS and the remote Children’s Virtual Desktop.

Users not enrolled in Microsoft Authenticator can set up their accounts using the step-by-step instructions outlined in the Microsoft Authenticator MFA Registration Tipsheet on Careforce Connection.
