12th Annual Marcus Summer Symposium
Register to attend the Marcus Summer Symposium on Monday - Wednesday, July 10-12, 2023. and/or the Ethics Course on Wednesday July 12, 2023 and ADOS Training on July 13-14, 2023.
The symposium is geared towards clinicians and researchers that work with individuals with autism spectrum disorder and their families or are interested in understanding more about this population. Talks cover a range of topics, including:
Recent research on visual engagement, brain imaging, and genetics
Guidelines and strategies for assessing and diagnosing autism spectrum disorder across the age-range, including in very young children
Current best-practices in the treatment of common concerns such as communication delays, social deficits, aggression, noncompliance, and feeding difficulties.
Insight into the perspectives of services from of an individual with autism spectrum disorder and his parent.
