Introduction
Joel Friedlander, DO, is a Pediatric Gastroenterologist at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. He earned his medical degree from Arizona College of Osteopathic Medicine and received his residency and fellowship training at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. Dr. Friedlander cares for children with aerodigestive disorders, reflux, esophagitis, complex illness and failure to thrive. He performs unsedated/sedation-free transnasal endoscopy and complex endoscopic procedures.
Dr. Friedlander is passionate about healthcare innovation and improving the delivery of healthcare to all. His work in bioethics aims to improve the interaction and dialogue between doctors and their families making the alliance between them stronger.
