Introduction

Jacqueline Kiefel, PhD, is a Pediatric Neuropsychologist at Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. She currently serves as Co-Director of Children’s Pediatric Neuropsychology Externship Program.

Dr. Kiefel leads a neuromuscular clinic and conducts neuropsychological assessments for children and adolescents experiencing cognitive problems secondary to their history of birth complications, genetic conditions, epilepsy as well as other neurological disorders/conditions. Her research focuses on children with neuromuscular conditions, such as Myotonic muscular dystrophy and Duchenne muscular dystrophy.
