Introduction
Dr. Iannucci is a Georgia native who attended Georgia Tech for his undergraduate degree, followed by medical school at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta. He then completed a pediatric residency and a cardiology fellowship at Emory University, where he stayed on as a faculty member. During his cardiology training, Dr. Iannucci developed an interest in the care of patients with aortic disease and now serves as the Director of the Aorta and Vascular Program, which is a regional referral center for children with aortic aneurysm conditions. In addition, Dr. Iannucci serves as the director of the City Call program and has special interest in complex congenital heart disease, pectus excavatum and vascular rings. He is actively involved in research collaborations to evaluate underlying genetic causes of aortic disease. He is happily married to his wife, Kelly, and they have four children and a minivan.
