2008 Holiday Card Program

Each year, young artists from around Atlanta contribute artwork for the annual Holiday Card program. This year, patients, Georgia students and Atlanta artist and Children's volunteer, Margaret Hathaway, have generously donated their original artwork for the program.

Our Holiday Card collection also is available at many retail locations throughout metro Atlanta.

Proceeds from the 2008 Holiday Card program will benefit the Aflac Cancer Center Research Endowment. The endowment will support clinical and lab research and program development expenses for key strategic growth areas within the Aflac Cancer Center and Blood Disorders Service of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. These areas include innovative therapy, blood and marrow transplant, hemostasis, sickle cell disease, thrombosis, neuro-oncology and survivorship.

Show your "Going Green" Spirit today!  Purchase a 2008 Holiday Card T-shirt featuring artwork of the world created by 8-year-old Emma Axelson. The Kelly green T-shirt features the word "Peace" circling the world in various languages. Youth sizes may be purchased for $14, and adult sizes may be purchased for $18. All proceeds will benefit the Aflac Cancer Center and Blood Disorders Service of Children's.

Cancer Center and Blood DisordersSubmit Your Artwork

Children age 18 and younger are encouraged to submit original holiday artwork to be considered for the 2009 Holiday Card program. All entries must be received no later than March 6, 2009. Please review the Holiday Card program entry packet, complete the entry form and return it to:
