About This Atlanta Charity Event
The first ever Brookwood Hills Transformations Tour of Homes includes five stunning homes of different character, style, and size.These homes feature the talents of Stan Dixon, noted architect and Brookwood Hills resident.This year’s theme is transformation because Brookwood Hills Friends wants to highlight the amazing transformations that take place at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta in the lives of children on a daily basis.As we celebrate these homes which Stan has transformed to be magnificent, interesting, and inspiring, so too will we celebrate the transformations and miracles that take place at Children’s.

About the Architect Stan Dixon
In January of 2006, Stan Dixon opened the Firm, D. Stanley Dixon Architect at 2300 Peachtree Road in Atlanta. In the past five years, the firm has completed numerous renovations and new construction projects of quality design and craftsmanship in Georgia, Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama and New York.The firm’s strength draws from classical and historical design influences while incorporating a balance of contemporary life.Stan and the firm have received local and national design recognition. He was the winner of ADAC’s Southeastern Architect of the Year award for 2010.The August 2010 Issue of Garden & Gun lists him as one of the top 21 New Faces of Southern Style.
A Personal Transformation and Partnership - Personal VIP Luncheon with Stan Dixon

Stan Dixon and Donna and Jeff Mintz of Wakefield Road in Brookwood Hills will guide you through their home in an intimate tour.You’ll experience architecture/homeowner partnership and collaboration at its finest, learn more about the transformation of this home, as well as view Donna’s artistry.This personal experience is limited to twelve guests and includes a lovely seated lunch in the home.
A Celebration of Transformation Patron Party

This Patron event will be a fabulous cocktail party at the beautiful home of Christina and Andrew Whitney, whose Brighton Road residence was designed by Stan Dixon. Patrons at this event will toast the homes in our neighborhood, celebrate the work of Stan Dixon, and help champion the transformations that Children’s makes every single day.(This event is intended for family and friends of Brookwood Hills, as well as our corporate sponsors).
