Mini Friends is an opportunity for children to get creative and organize their own fundraiser, encouraging friends and others in their community to support Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. Throughout the year, children and teens can help their peers by collecting coins and other donations that make a big difference.
The money raised through Mini Friends will help fund kid-oriented initiatives, including the Big Apple Circus Clown Care Unit. These professionally trained clown “doctors” prescribe giggles and grins to young patients at Children’s.
Here are a few fundraising ideas for your Mini Friends group:
- Lemonade
- Classroom Coin Drive
- Bake Sale
- Car Wash
- Fun Run
Mini Friends groups also have the opportunity to give back to Children’s through food and toy donations. Please refer to the donation tip sheet for donation details and information.
