The specialists of the Speech Pathology Laboratory work with plastic surgeons and dental specialists for appropriate surgical and prosthetic management of hypernasality. We offer unique computerized pressure flow nasometry and acoustic diagnostics and imaging services including fluoroscopy, radiographs, endoscopy and stroboscopy.
After diagnosis at the Speech Pathology Laboratory, children are referred to plastic surgeons, otolaryngologists, orthodontists, pediatric dentists and other specialists as appropriate for management care. Our specialists understand the unique needs of children and work with patients and families to develop the best possible treatment plan.
