More than 2,500 children with sickle cell disease, hemophilia and other blood disorders are followed every year through the Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorders Center of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta. We offer:

The Aflac Cancer and Blood Disorder Center provides comprehensive services to children with the following hematological disorders:
- Hemophilia
- Thrombosis
- Other coagulation and bleeding disorders
- Sickle cell disease
- Thalassemia
- Bone marrow failure syndromes
- Other red blood cell disorders, including acute and chronic anemia
- White blood cell disorders
Pediatric Hematology Facilities
The blood disorders-related facilities feature:
- 40 inpatient rooms
- HEPA-filtered rooms for inpatient blood and marrow transplant (BMT) patients
- Outpatient clinics with a full range of procedural, infusional and apheresis services
- Dedicated diagnostic and laboratory services
- Onsite pharmacy
