Meet the Childhood Cancer Survivorship Team

The Aflac Cancer Center Cancer Survivorship team consists of professionals who specialize in childhood cancer survivor issues and provide ongoing screening and education for the early identification and intervention for therapy-related late effects.

Team members include: oncologist, endocrinologist, neuropsychologist, nurse practitioner, research nurse, program coordinator and social worker.
