For the second consecutive year, the Atlanta Business Chronicle recognized Children’s as one of Atlanta’s healthiest employers. Children’s jumped to the No. 2 spot, after placing No. 3 last year, in the large company category (organizations with 500 or more employees).
The Atlanta Business Chronicle teamed with Healthiest Employers, a wellness technology and data research company focused on corporate wellness that collects, measures and compares corporate wellness data worldwide. Dozens of Atlanta-area companies participated in a survey to measure their workplace wellness efforts, and thanks to our Strong4Life program and health-minded employees, Children's ranked among the healthiest companies in Atlanta. We're sharing the limelight with other top companies leading the way in workplace wellness, including The Home Depot and Verizon Wireless.
The Children's profile in the

our 66 employees who have lost more than 50 pounds and the 85 percent of you who participated in the Strong4Life health screening. It also highlights our Strong4Life program, including our trainers, registered dietitians and fitness classes and wellness competitions. This recognition is a strong testament to the hard work and dedication of all employees taking advantage of Strong4Life. Thank you for helping Children's earn our No. 2 spot.
