Introduction
Pradip Kamat, MBBS, MBA, FCCM, is a Critical Care Medicine Physician at Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta and Associate Professor of Pediatrics in the Division of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine at Emory University School of Medicine. Dr. Kamat served as Director of Sedation Services at Egleston Hospital from 2013-2021.
Dr. Kamat attended the Los Angeles County + University of Southern California (LAC+USC) Medical Center for his residency training prior to moving across the country to complete his fellowship training in pediatric critical care medicine at Emory University School of Medicine.
Dr. Kamat is actively involved with the Society for Pediatric Sedation and is currently the President-Elect. In his spare time, he works on the PICU Doc On Call podcast, a podcast for current and aspiring intensivists.
