Tasha and Anthony Hayes were overjoyed when their baby boy, Archer, was born. He was healthy at birth, and they were delighted to take him home. Though, slowly certain issues began to arise, leading the Hayeses to become concerned for their son’s health. “We first noticed an issue when transitioning from breast milk to formula caused an outbreak. We figured he was allergic to formula and so we switched to Similac Alimentum and assumed things were fine,” said Archer’s dad, Anthony.
But when they began introducing Archer to solid food, he started coughing through his nose, leading doctors to believe he had acid reflux. Archer continued to throw up often and had chronic ear infections. In the meantime, the Hayeses learned that Archer was allergic to soy, milk and seafood.
