About the Children’s Concierge

The team can help you conquer your to-do list so that you can spend your time outside of work doing the things you love. Let our Concierge lighten your load by helping with to-go meals, runs to the post office, grocery shopping and more. With a credit card on file, the Concierge team takes care of every detail.

Anthony Cooley, MD, a Pediatric Hospitalist at Children’s who has been very pleased with the service, first started using the Concierge for simple dry-cleaning errands. “Now I always have fresh, clean coats without having to remember to take them home or to the cleaners.”

Dr. Cooley then began utilizing the shipping service, which he says is super convenient. “Several residents and faculty created a piece of artwork for a colleague hospitalized in Boston,” he shares. “I simply handed it to the Concierge, who boxed and shipped it for me.”

It didn’t stop there, though. “Recently, I wanted to thank some of my colleagues with flowers, so I took a picture of what I wanted, and voila!” Dr. Cooley adds. “Flowers were delivered.”
