Kids on ropes course at pediatric summer camp

We believe every child deserves to experience summer camp. Camp provides children the chance to have fun, meet others with similar conditions, and build confidence. The generosity and support of our donors allows campers to attend at little to no cost to their family. Make a kid's day by supporting their camp dreams with a one-time or monthly gift.

Our diagnosis specific camps are 6-day, 5-night sleepaway camps. For many kids, summer camp is a rite of passage. At our camps, kids with a chronic illness, disability or other life challenge can connect with other kids who understand the struggles they face, all while participating in fun, traditional camp activities. Camp is a place where kids can get back to just being kids.

Our diagnosis-specific 3-day, 2-night weekend camps pack all the fun of camp into just a few days. Our weekend programs offer something for everyone.

Because we understand that having a child with a chronic illness or disability affects the whole family, our family camp weekends are designed specifically for the entire family—siblings, parents and caregivers. At camp, families can come together to play, relax and share their common experiences away from the stressors of everyday life.

Our Teen Retreat weekend for transplant recipients and teens with cardiac conditions is the perfect mix of familiar camp fun, time with friends, and learning. Education sessions focused on helping teens successfully transition to adulthood are an important part of this weekend retreat.

In addition to our summer and weekend overnight camps, we have several programs that bring camp fun and learning to kids year-round.
