Medical Executive Committee

The Medical Executive Committee is delegated the primary authority over activities related to the functions of the Professional Staff and over performance improvement activities regarding the professional services provided by individuals with clinical privileges. The Committee acts upon reports and recommendations from departments, sections, and committees, and is accountable to the Board for the medical care of patients admitted to or receiving treatment at the Children's Hospitals.
