About this Atlanta Charity Event
On October 25, Phi Mu will host their Second Annual Charity Golf Outing. THis year's event will be held at the beautiful Overlook Golf Links in LaGrange, Georgia. It promises to be a funfilled and worthwhile time for everyone involved. The format will be a shotgun four-person scramble, with teams established by handicap of individual players. The festivities will begin with registration at 11:00 am, lunch at 12:00 pm, and a shotgun start at 1:00 pm.
Since 1986, Phi Mu has supported Children's Miracle Network as its national philanthropy and has raised almost $6.8 million to date through donations or charity events. By hosting this event, Phi Mu at LaGrange College plans to significantly increase our donation to such a great organization.
The entry fee for each four-person team is $300, which includes range balls, a golf cart, and a boxed lunch.
Sponsors
Phi Mu generate donations through corporate sponsorship of holes and donations of golf prizes and other give away items. There are four different levels of sponsorship:
Corporate Sponsorship
Platinum - $500 per hole
Gold - $250 per hole
Silver - $100 per hole

With the corporate sponsorship, the sponsor gets a prominent sign displayed on the golf course the day of the event. Platinum sponsors get a whole team in the tournament. Since this is our second year, we plan to use your help to make this event as successful as possible!
We hope you will join us this year and consider a sponsorship or contribution of prizes like those mentioned above so that we may be able to raise charity funds. You'll enjoy some great golf on one of our area's premier golf courses, and you will be able to support Phi Mu's charity efforts.
