After the Webcasts

After each webcast, you will receive a link to an evaluation and continuing education questions. As part of your participation in this continuing education activity, it is important for you to complete the online evaluation questions and agree to complete a post-activity questionnaire which you will receive as a follow-up from a third party vendor in September. Note: Only aggregate reports will be produced; physician and organization-specific information is considered confidential and will not be disclosed.

Funding for this educational activity is being provided by the Physicians’ Institute for Excellence in Medicine, Inc. (Physicians’ Institute), pursuant to a block educational grant that Pfizer has awarded the Physicians’ Institute to fund independent education activities relating to cardiac risk factors.  The Physicians’ Institute and Pfizer have entered into a Letter of Agreement that gives the Physicians’ Institute full control over the individual grants given.  The Physicians’ Institute has worked in partnership with the Medical Association of Georgia to award this grant.
