For patients and families with ongoing rehabilitation needs, our outpatient rehabilitation program offers specialized services to meet the needs of children, teenagers and young adults. Outpatient rehabilitation is available at Children’s Healthcare at Satellite Boulevard, including:
- Audiology
- Occupational therapy
- Physical therapy
- Speech-language pathology
- Interdisciplinary rehabilitation programs
In addition, Children’s has seven other locations for outpatient rehabilitation throughout metro Atlanta.
Orthotics and Prosthetics Assessment Services
The Children’s Orthotics and Prosthetics services address the medical, therapeutic and emotional needs of patients with conditions that require orthotic or prosthetic devices. This comprehensive and coordinated program seeks to identify the needs of families facing the challenges of orthotics and prosthetics conditions, which include:
- Plagiocephaly
- Cerebral palsy
- Spina bifida
- Scoliosis

Our goal is to help patients achieve optimal independence and functioning at home, school and play.
