Camp Braveheart Registration
It's time to make plans for Camp Braveheart 2009. Space is limited, so register early.
Camp Information
- Camp Dates: Sunday, June 7 through Friday, June 12, 2009
- Location: Camp Twin Lakes in Rutledge, Ga.
- Cost: There is no fee to for campers to attend camp.
- Campers: Children and teens ages 7 to 18 who have had a heart transplant or are affected by heart disease
- Medical Staff: Camp Braveheart will have clinical staff available 24 hours a day. Our volunteers consist of staff from Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, as well as community volunteers committed to making Camp Braveheart a special week for your child.
- Parent Volunteers: While we are thankful parents are often interested in volunteering at Camp Braveheart, it is camp policy that parents do not volunteer during the camp session. We strongly believe camp is an excellent opportunity for your child to gain independence and self esteem. If you would like to volunteer prior to camp, your time and skills would be greatly appreciated.

All forms must be completed and submitted to shannon Chapman by Wednesday, April 15, 2009. Please submit application materials to:
