Asthma

Asthma is a very common lung condition.

Most of the time, children who have asthma feel okay. But during an asthma attack (also known as an "episode"), it becomes harder to breathe. Although there is no cure, asthma can be controlled. Talk to your doctor about how to prevent and treat asthma attacks.

Asthma Center

At the Children's Asthma Center, we treat each patient as an individual and work closely with parents and primary care providers to determine the best treatment plan. Our center features specialists who are trained in pediatric allergy and immunology, asthma, pulmonology and respiratory therapy.
