Children's Annual Fund

Thank you for your support of Children's Healthcare of Atlanta's fall campaign for the Annual Fund.

Your donation makes a difference in the lives of hundreds of thousands of patients and their families. In 2009, your support helped children in countless ways. Because of you:

• Thousands of patients who visited Children’s were protected from the threat of H1N1 (swine flu) with additional surgical masks.

• A 3-year-old awaiting surgery was calmed by a child life specialist who showed her how doctors would make her feel better.

• A 13-year-old boy became stronger, thanks to the new medications and therapies developed by researchers for sickle cell disease.

• A mother was able to safely transport her toddler with special needs in a Children’s-provided car seat.

• A 7-year old is breathing easier because of the individualized treatment he received at the Asthma Center.

• Thousands of children had access to advanced treatment despite their families’ inability to pay.
