All participants receive a short-sleeved Strong4Life Superhero Sprint technical shirt. Shirts are guaranteed to all pre-registered entrants, and must be picked up following the race. If you can’t make it on race day, please give your number to a friend and have them pick up your shirt for you. We cannot mail shirts (except to phantom runners).
Awards for the 5K race will be presented to the first five male and female finishers overall, and the first masters male and female finishers overall.
NOTE: There are no other awards distributed for this event.
For Kids Only
In the the 1 mile fun run, participation ribbons will be presented to every child 12 and under that participates.
Costume Contest:
Join us for this brand new 5K and 1 mile fun run on Saturday, June 8 at Piedmont Park. Come dressed as your favorite superhero (or even dressed as your favorite dad - Father's Day is right around the corner). We will have a costume contest for the children and adults.
Team Contest:
We would love to have teams form for this super fun event. Teams can come dressed as their favorite superheros as well but we will also have a team contest for best team t-shirts, best team spirit, and most creative so get your team together now.
Team donations totaling $5,000 or more will receive a FREE 10 x 10 tented space complete with VIP treatment to include pre/post race food in your tent for your team. NOTE: Team totals must reach this goal by May 27, 2013 to qualify. Team totals DO NOT include entry fees.
