Questions about the assessment

  • When I click the link for the assessment, nothing happens and I’ve already disabled my pop-up blockers. What do I do?
  • I’m trying to complete the assessment, but nothing opens when I click the link. What do I do?
      This means you may have a pop-up blocker enabled. If you are unsure how to disable your pop-up blockers, use a search engine to search for disabling pop-ups.
  • I’ve disabled my pop-up blockers, but I keep getting an error that my pop-up blocker is enabled. What do I do?

      Some people have more than one pop-up blocker or have a toolbar installed. To disable your pop-up blockers, use Google to search for disabling pop-ups. If you have a toolbar installed, remove all toolbars (Google, Bing, etc.). Refer to our Supported Operating Systems and Browsers to make sure your system meets our requirements.

  • I started the assessment questionnaire, but was not able to finish. What do I do?

      Log in to your application account, go to My Jobpage and look for your draft application. If the position is still posted, you can click on Finish/Edit My Application. Navigate to the assessment page and click on the link. If the option to Finish/Edit is not available, the position is no longer open.

  • I’ve completed the assessment questionnaire. Why does it still say "Immediate Action Needed – Complete Assessment questionnaire" as my status?
      The recruitment team has not updated your application status. Please allow 48 to 72 business hours for your status to be updated.
  • I need to go back and finish my assessment questionnaire but it will not allow me. What do I do?

      This means the job is no longer open or you’ve already completed the assessment questionnaire on another application. If you’ve already completed the assessment questionnaire, your results will carry over once you click the assessment questionnaire link.

  • Do I have to complete an assessment questionnaire for every job?

      There are different assessment questionnaires based on job type. To be sure you have completed the correct assessment questionnaire, you must always click on the assessment questionnaire link. The system will recognize if you have already completed the assessment questionnaire for that job type.

  • The assessment window said I have already completed it, but when I close the screen and return to the application it says questionnaire requested on XX. What do I do?

      This means the system hasn’t had time to update the field to say you’ve submitted the assessment for this position. Check back at a later time to confirm.

  • I completed the assessment questionnaire, but the summary page of the application says the questionnaire requested was on XX instead of completed. What do I do?
