Community Health Record

Pediatrics360

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta has launched a Community Health Record (CHR) program to help improve outcomes and facilitate improved clinical integration among physicians in the Atlanta pediatric community. The CHR program is intended to allow participating physicians to cost effectively implement a full-featured electronic health record (EHR) with broad connectivity to other providers, and offers full practice management functionality. The program is enabled by federal legislation, compliant with federal laws and with the maximum subsidy allowed by regulations to support electronic health record implementations through Dec. 31, 2013.

This program is only available to community pediatricians and pediatric specialists who meet specific eligibility requirements.
