Take an introductory tour. Learn how to get started, browser requirements, how to log in, how to navigate the system and understand key terminology.
Learn where to find key patient information, such as discharge instructions, notes, discharge status, test results, diagnoses and medications administered onsite. Also, receive guidance on how best to use existing Patient Summary reports.
There are two ways to find your patient's chart in accessCHOA. We define and clarify both methods for ease of use. In addition, learn how to manage your visit and result notifications, use special messages and customize settings.
This session is vital for site administrators. As the first point of contact for managing your practice’s information, learn how to add and delete users, customize the system and manage security.
