Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine Fellowship Program

Children's Healthcare of Atlanta, Emory University School of Medicine and Emory's Palliative Care Center are offering a fellowship training program in Pediatric Hospice and Palliative Medicine.

We are now accepting applications for the position which will begin July 1st, 2015. If interested, please contact either Dr. Jeffrey Klick at jeffrey.klick@choa.org or Dr. Paul DeSandre at pdesandre@emory.edu as soon as possible with the following information:

1) Application through ERAS
2) Materials that will be required:

  • Your Curriculum Vitae
  • Personal Statement that describes why you wish to pursue training in Pediatric Palliative Care
  • 3 Letters of Recommendation (sent directly from the person making the recommendation; one must be from the Program Director)
  • Copy of USLME Step 1, 2, and 3 exam results or COMLEX scores
  • Copy of ECFMG certificate
  • Copy of medical degree
  • Evidence of US citizenship, residency or valid educational visa
  • Copy of medical transcript
